出貨時間
所有訂單通常會在 1–3 個工作天內處理。如貨品需訂制，所需時間可能會較長。
寄送時間依據您的地區及選擇的運送方式而有所不同。
當您的訂單出貨後，您將收到一封包含追蹤資訊的確認電郵。
運費說明
本地訂單 滿 HK$600 可享免運費優惠。
未滿 HK$600 的訂單，將收取 HK$35 固定運費。
目前僅提供香港地區配送服務。如需海外寄送，請與我們聯絡。
配送問題
若您的包裹延遲、遺失或損壞，請於預計送達日期起 7 天內 聯絡我們：fragonihk@gmail.com。
我們將與物流公司合作，盡快協助您解決問題。
地址錯誤
請在下單前確認您的收件地址正確無誤。
若因客戶提供錯誤或不完整地址而導致配送失敗，我們將不負責。

Shipping Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. It may take longer time for custom-made products.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
Free local shipping is available for orders HK$600 or above.
For orders below HK$600, a flat shipping fee of HK$35 will be applied at checkout.
Currently, we only offer shipping within Hong Kong. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at fragonihk@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been sold and shipped.
